Through ASTRA (“Project”), The Proof of Trust's new product designed to integrate with public blockchains, the Association seeks to bring institutional trust to smart contracts on networks used by Ethereum, Polkadot, Cardano and more. ASTRA from The Proof of Trust will act as the security layer to ensure all transactions conducted on a public blockchain are correct and verified. The Proof of Trust is an algorithm-based protocol providing data verification and contactless dispute resolution solutions

NEW OR CHANGING LAWS AND REGULATIONS OR INTERPRETATIONS OF EXISTING LAWS AND REGULATIONS, IN SWITZERLAND AND IN OTHER JURISDICTIONS, MAY MATERIALLY AND ADVERSELY IMPACT THE VIABILITY OF THE PLATFORM, THE VALUE OF THE TOKENS, THE LIQUIDITY OF THE TOKENS AND THE STRUCTURE, RIGHTS AND TRANSFERABILITY OF THE TOKENS. PARTICIPATION IN THE OFFERING INVOLVES A HIGH DEGREE OF RISKS.
