This Easement Grant (this “Grant”) made this day of May, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), between ASTORIA GENERATING COMPANY, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership with its principal offices located at 300 Atlantic Street, 5th Floor, Stamford, CT 06901, (“Grantor”), and EMPIRE OFFSHORE WIND LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal offices located at 600 Washington Blvd., Suite 800, Stamford, CT 06901, (“Grantee”). Grantor and Grantee are collectively referred to as the “Parties” or each individually as a “Party”.
