This Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective as of the day of March, 2020 (“Effective Date”), by and between the UNITED WAY OF BRAZOS VALLEY, INC., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation ("United Way"), and the CITY OF BRYAN, a home-rule municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Texas ("City"), for the purposes and considerations stated below. City and United Way may be collectively referred to as “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
