This Ecosystem Agreement including any attachment ("Agreement") is entered into between International Trading Ltd., China Shanghai ("Sie- mens", "We", "Us", "Our") and you as a natural person or the legal entity you represent and you are acting on behalf of ("App Developer", "You", "Your"). This Agreement may be accepted by manual signature or electronic signature, or through an electronic system specified by Siemens. In the electronic system, You will be prompted to accept this Agreement by clicking a button. You represent and warrant that You have the power and authority to enter into this Agreement with Us and to perform Your obligations under this Agreement without restriction and, if You are a corporation or other legal entity and are not acting as an individual, the person entering into this Agreement has all necessary legal authority to bind You to this Agreement.
