THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered this day of July 2020, by and between MEDICAL EDUCATION ASSISTANCE CORPORATION, a non-profit professional corporation organized under the laws of the State of Tennessee, hereinafter referred to as "First Party," and , M.D., a faculty member of East Tennessee State University, James H. Quillen College of Medicine, hereinafter referred to as "Second Party."
