This Contract is made between St Francis Xavier College (the College) and the below stated Parents. In signing this Contract, in consideration for the College accepting enrolment of the student, the Parents agree to the Conditions of Education Enrolment set out in this Contract and all Policies and Procedures of the College (including but not limited to the Education Fees Policy and the Enrolment Policy).
