This Education Master Services Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into on this effective date, 5/9/24, by and between Greenfield Union School District located at 493 El Camino Real, Greenfield, CA 93927, referred to in this Agreement as (“Customer”), and Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc., a Maryland Corporation including its affiliates and subsidiaries, with an office located at 735 Tank Farm Road Suite 220, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401 referred to in this Agreement as (“Amergis”). Customer or Amergis may be referred to herein as a “Party” or jointly as the “Parties.”

Customer or Amergis may be referred to herein as a “Party” or jointly as the “Parties.”
