SITE LICENSE AGREEMENTEducation Site License Agreement • November 18th, 2016
This Education Site License Agreement including the documents listed below (collectively, "Agreement") is between CSC, IT Center for Science, Ltd., as a license coordinator ("Coordinator"), administered by Ministry of Education and Culture; Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. ("Esri"), as licensor of the Products licensed under this Agreement; and the distributor listed below ("Distributor"). Distributor is authorized by Esri to provide access to Online Services; distribute updates; and provide technical support for the Software, Data, and Documentation to Licensees. This Agreement grants Licensee the right to use certain Products and to obtain maintenance to be used only for academic and administrative purposes subject to payment of an Annual Fee and the terms of this Agreement as specified herein. This Agreement is effective as of the last signature date written below.
