As set forth in the foregoing Form 608, Sherburne Wright Educational Technology Cooperative (“Lessor”) and Wisper Wireless Solutions, LLC (“Lessee”) (together, the “Parties”) are parties to an Educational Broadband Service (“EBS”) Excess Capacity Use and Royalty Agreement (“Agreement”) executed January 17, 2008 for the use of EBS Station WHR847, which operate on channels G1, G2, G3, and G4, in the area of Buffalo, Minnesota.
