This Agreement made and entered into by and between Miriam Foundation, dba Miriam School and Learning Center, (“Miriam” or “Provider”), a not-for-profit Missouri corporation, and Wentzville R-IV School District (the “Client”). Miriam and the Client (each a “Party,” together the “Parties”) agree to the following:
