This Edwards Viewfinder Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Edwards Lifesciences LLC (“Edwards”) and a customer who issues a purchase order pursuant to an applicable quote (“Customer”) for the Services (as further defined below). Customer desires to buy the Services from Edwards at the prices set forth in the applicable quote. Edwards and Customer may be referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
