This Eighth Amendment dated , 2020 (“Eighth Amendment”), is made to that certain Lease Agreement dated November 9, 2004 (“Lease”), as amended by the First Amendment to Lease dated October 25, 2005 (“First Amendment”), the Second Amendment to Lease dated August 26, 2009 (“Second Amendment”), the Third Amendment to Lease dated June 20, 2013 (“Third Amendment”), the Fourth Amendment to Lease dated June 11, 2014 (“Fourth Amendment”), the Fifth Amendment to Lease dated May 4, 2015 (“Fifth Amendment”), the Sixth Amendment to Lease dated May 25, 2016 (“Sixth Amendment”), and the Seventh Amendment to Lease dated June 22, 2017 between Palo Alto Unified School District, a California public school district (“Landlord” or “District”), and Stratford School, Inc.
