The purpose of this Elective Deferred Compensation Plan (hereinafter referred to as the “Plan”) is to permit a select group of management or highly compensated employees of Beneficial Mutual Savings Bank (“the Employer”) to elect to defer compensation and to provide for the distribution of benefits at the time and in the manner described herein.
