In this Agreement references to “we”, “us” or “our” refers to WINconnect Pty Ltd in its capacity as agent for the Embedded Network Owner, and “you” or “your” refers to you, the Embedded Network customer.

The Market Contract Terms form part of the Contract between you and us. You must provide explicit informed consent to enter into the Contract.
