Electronet Agreement in connection with HOF’s acquisition of Electronet’s assets and customers (the “HOF Agreement”). HOF later assigned the HOF Agreement to its affiliate HOT in connection with an internal corporate reorganization pursuant to which HOF’s customers and assets in and around the Tallahassee area were transferred to HOT.2
