This Amendment (“Amendment”), effective as of April 1, 2021, to the Elevator Maintenance Services Agreement, Contract No. 72101506-16-ACS (‘ACS’ or ’Contract‘), is made by and between the State of Florida, Department of Management Services (“Department”), and Schindler Elevator Corporation, (“Contractor”), collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.” All capitalized terms used herein have the meaning assigned to them in the Contract unless otherwise defined herein.
