This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into this day of May, 2022 (“Effective Date”) by and between SACRAMENTO ZOOLOGICAL SOCIETY, a California nonprofit corporation (“Society”), and the CITY OF ELK GROVE, a municipal corporation (“City”) (each individually, a “Party” and, collectively, the “Parties”).
