The following is an EmbraceDS® Contract (hereinafter “contract” or “agreement”) for software, website hosting, and support services. This contract is made between Brecht’s Database Solutions, Inc. d/b/a Embrace® (hereinafter “Embrace®”, “We”, “Us” or “Licensor”) and Franklin and Jefferson Counties Special Education Districtand Akin CCSD 91, Benton CCSD 47, Benton Cons HSD 103, Bethel SD 82, Bluford Unit School District 318, Christopher USD 99, Ewing Northern CCSD 115, Farrington CCSD 99, Field CCSD 3, Grand Prairie CCSD 6, McClellan CCSD 12, Mount Vernon SD 80, Mount Vernon Twp HSD 201, Opdyke-Belle Rive CCSD 5, Rome CCSD 2, Sesser-Valier CUSD 196, Spero Family Services, Spring Garden CCSD 178, Summersville SD 79, Thompsonville CUSD 174, Waltonville CUSD 1, Woodlawn USD 209, and Zeigler-Royalton CUSD 188 (hereinafter “You”, “Your” or “Licensee”).
