WHEREAS the MD and the City wish to enter into an Agreement whereby the City will provide personnel and space for the purpose of operating the Emergency Fire Operations Communication Centre portion of the centralized Emergency Dispatch Services, upon such terms and conditions as may be mutually agreed, and for the remuneration hereinafter set out;
