The phases that are potentially the subject of this agreement, as further enumerated below, are: Preliminary Engineering ("PE") and Right-of-Way Incidental ("ROW Incidentals") work; Right-of-Way Acquisition; Construction; and/or Construction Supervision and Inspection. The Federal-aid project shall be identified for the purposes of this agreement as (as more specifically described in such Schedule A or Supplemental Schedules A, the "Project").
