This agreement is entered into on this 1st day of July, 2023 between County Service Area No. 4 (CSA-4) – Pleasant Valley Fire and Emergency Response Zone (“PVFZ”), a special District formed under the laws of the State of California and the City of Dorris – Fire Department (“Department”), an incorporated city formed under the laws of the State of California, collectively, the “Parties” and individually a “Party”, for the purpose of providing emergency response services within the Pleasant Valley Fire and Emergency Response Zone.
