THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 1st day of October 2022, by and between Newberg School District 29J located at 714 6th Street, Newberg, OR 97132, (hereinafter called "District"), and First Student, Inc., with its national headquarters at 600 Vine Street, Suite 1400, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202-5755 and local business offices for purposes of this Agreement located at 200 NE Park Plaza Drive Suite 240, Vancouver, WA 98684 (hereinafter called “Contractor”).
