Mandatory transaction reporting under EMIR is scheduled to begin on 12 February 2014. If you are affected, you should start making arrangements to comply with this requirement. ISDA and the FOA have published a form of reporting delegation agreement for this purpose and in the coming weeks affected market participants will need to consider this document and the EMIR reporting requirement generally.
