This document was created by the Michigan State Police, Emergency Management and Homeland Security Division (MSP/EMHSD) and is supplemental to the 2023 Emergency Management Performance Grant (EMPG) Work Agreement/Quarterly Report (EMHSD-31). This document provides additional information to local emergency management programs to assist with the completion of the EMHSD-31. Each quarter the EMHSD-31 must be completed electronically and submitted through the MSP/EMHSD electronic survey system. Once the local Emergency Management Coordinator (EMC) submits the EMHSD-31, it will be forwarded to the District Coordinator (DC) for review and approval.
