Contract #: PY16-17 – EWT –Employed Worker Training Contract • November 20th, 2019
This agreement is entered into between Central Florida Regional Workforce Development Board, d/b/a CareerSource Central Florida, hereinafter referred to as "CSCF", with administrative offices located at 390 N. Orange Ave. Suite #700, Orlando, FL 32801 and Lake County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida with offices at 315 West Main Street, P.O. Box 7800, Tavares, FL 32778 hereinafter referred to as the "Employer", for the purpose of providing customized training to certain employees of the Employer. CSCF agrees to reimburse for the agreed to training costs in accordance with the attachments to this document for an amount not to exceed $34,444.59. The term of this agreement shall begin on January 1, 2020 and end on December 31,2020. CSCF is not obligated to reimburse for costs incurred related to this agreement prior to this agreement’s begin date or after the end date.
