This SPEED EQUITY® EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PROGRAM AGREEMENT (this "AGREEMENT") is made effective as of the date specified hereinafter between Speed Equity®, LLC, a Washington State Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as the “SERVICE PROVIDER”), and YOU, a legal business entity incorporated in Canada (hereinafter referred to as the “EMPLOYER”) in offering the Speed Equity® Employee Benefit Program to your employees. By completing any required application form or procedure and receiving delivery of and access to SERVICE PROVIDER’s materials, EMPLOYER is agreeing to the terms of AGREEMENT and agrees to be bound by them in their entirety. In consideration of the mutual promises contained herein and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
