THIS AGREEMENT for the Provision of Employee Benefits Consulting and Actuarial and Consulting Services (hereinafter referred to as “Contract”), is effective January 1, 2022, by and between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, (hereinafter referred to as “County”) and Mercer Health & Benefits LLC, with a place of business at 17901 Von Karman Ave, Suite 1100 Irvine, CA 92614, (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”), which are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” or collectively as “Parties”.
