Florida Gaming Centers, Inc. (“Centers”) and William Bennett Collett, Jr. (“Collett”) have entered into that certain Employment Agreement dated as of April 25, 2011 (as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Employment Agreement”).
