THIS EMPLOYEE CONFIDENTIALITY AND ASSIGNMENT OF INVENTIONS AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made by the undersigned employee ("I" or "me") with Motorola Solutions, Inc. ("Motorola"). Motorola includes its successors, assigns, current and former affiliates (“affiliates” defined to mean entities that own, are owned by, or are under common ownership with Motorola, Inc.). In consideration of my continued employment by Motorola and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I agree as follows:
