This Employee Performance Vesting Restricted Stock and Performance Share Unit Grant Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made this 30th day of June, 2015 (the “Grant Date”), between Orthofix International N.V., a Curacao company (the “Company”), and the person signing this Agreement adjacent to the caption “Award Recipient” on the signature page hereof (the “Award Recipient”).
