These WeWork Employee Referral Terms of Service (the "Terms of Service") apply to all referral service transactions involving any existing employee engaged by WeWork and its affiliated companies (the "Referrer") introducing and enabling a potential member (“Potential Member”) to sign a WeWork Membership Agreement (the "WeWork Membership Agreement") with WeWork on using WeWork office space in Greater China (including Mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan region) and WeWork paying a commission to the Referrer (the "Referral Services"). If there is any agreement signed by and between WeWork and the Referrer on a specific referral service transaction, such agreement shall prevail. The Terms of Service are set forth below:
