This Employee Resignation Agreement and General Release (“Agreement”) sets out the terms of Michael J. Schifsky’s resignation of employment from Xhibit Corp (“Xhibit”) and its subsidiaries, SpyFire Interactive, LLC, FlyReply Corp., Stacked Digital, LLC and Xhibit Interactive, LLC (collectively the “Company”).
