This Employer TriShare Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and responsibilities between United Way of Northwest Michigan (“UWNWMI”) and ABC Company (“Employer”) to participate in the funding for the ongoing MI Tri-Share (“TriShare Program”) child care program offered by the State of Michigan through the department of MiLEAP with the Michigan Women’s Commission.
