THIS EMPLOYMENT AND SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of February 17, 2016, is entered into by and among Lakeland Bank, a New Jersey-chartered commercial bank (the “Bank”), Harmony Bank, a New Jersey-chartered commercial bank (the “Company”) and Richard S.
