This Employment Dispute Resolution Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Company/Employer (as “Company/Employer” is defined in this Agreement), including any of its direct or indirect affiliates, subsidiaries or parent companies, and the undersigned individual (the “Applicant/Employee” or “Applicant” or “Employee”).

I, the undersigned employee of ICI Incorporated or its subsidiary (hereinafter “the Company”), hereby enter into BINDING AGREEMENT with the Company concerning a procedure for the resolution of any dispute that may hereafter arise between the Company and me. I enter into this Agreement voluntarily and in exchange for my employment with the Company and the Company’s agreement to resolve any disputes with me in the same manner, and in the interest of a prompt resolution of any dispute I might have with the Company.
