Employment services include, but are not limited to: employability determinations, orientation, assessment, employment planning, assignment to work activities, monitoring of participation, developing and monitoring treatment plans for exempt individuals engaged in treatment or rehabilitation to restore self sufficiency, coordination and provision of supportive services, employment placement and retention services, conciliations, sanctions and dispute resolutions.
