THIS EMPLOYMENT SEPARATION AGREEMENT AND MUTUAL GENERAL RELEASE (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Axalta Coating Systems Ltd., a Bermuda exempted limited liability company (the “Company”), and Terrence S.
