THIS EMPLOYMENT TRANSITION SEVERANCE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of November 16, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and among Ecolab Inc., a Delaware corporation (together with all present and former parents, subsidiaries, successors, assigns and affiliated corporations the “Company”), and Timothy P.
