This Contract, dated , 2015, is between the City of Bryan, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, (the City) and Bryan Emergency Physicians, PA (the Service Provider), whereby the Service Provider agrees to provide the City with certain services as described herein and the City agrees to pay the SERVICE PROVIDER for those services.
