THIS EMS STATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is made and entered into as of , 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and between FRANKLIN COUNTY, KANSAS, a municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Kansas (the “County”), and the CITY OF WELLSVILLE, KANSAS, a municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Kansas (the “City”), pursuant to Resolution No. adopted by the Board of County Commissioners (the “Board”) of the County on , 2023, and Resolution No. 02-0510-23 adopted by the City Council of the City (the “City Council”) on May 10th, 2023.
