THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between , hereinafter referred to as “Recruit” and Vashon Island Fire & Rescue, hereinafter referred to as “District,” for the purpose of setting forth the parties’ agreement regarding the District’s willingness to include the Recruit in the King County’s “EMT Class” and/or the District’s “EMT Academy” with the understanding that there are certain terms and conditions of such approval.
