This Pega End User Cloud Subscription Agreement (this “Agreement”) is effective the date of last signature of this Agreement, between Pegasystems Limited, located at Three Forbury Place, 23 Forbury Road, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 3JH ("Pegasystems"), and [details of end customer] (“Customer”). The Pega Cloud Subscription Service was sold by Sixworks Limited with registered office at 130 Old Street, London, England, EC1V 9BD and registration number of 10855156 (“Reseller”) to Customer in accordance with a Reseller arrangement between Pegasystems and Reseller. All of Customer’s pricing and payment obligations are described in a separate agreement between Reseller and Customer.
