This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by Salesloft, Inc. (“We, “Us”, or Our”) and the entity (“You” or “Your”) that purchases access to Our Subscription Services for its Users (collectively, the “Parties”). This Agreement governs Your access and use of Our Subscription Services purchased directly from an authorized marketplace, reseller or distributor of Our Subscription Services (a “Merchant of Record”). This Agreement is effective as of the date You first access the Subscription Services (the “Effective Date”).
