This End User License Agreement for Tresys XD Bridge (the “License”) is a legal agreement between you and Tresys Technology, LLC, (“Tresys”) for use of the Tresys software that accompanies or is subject to this License, including a suite of software applications that consists of software in object or source code form, components, related media, online and electronic documentation, usage keys, and any other intellectual property referenced in this License or provided to you by Tresys (collectively, the “Software”). INSTALLATION OR USE OF THE SOFTWARE INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF AND AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE.
