THIS AGREEMENT SETS FORTH THE LEGALLY BINDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR YOUR USE OF THE CLIENT SOFTWARE AND SERVICES. BY CLICKING “ACCEPT” BELOW OR BY DOWNLOADING THE CLIENT SOFTWARE OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU ARE ACTING ON BEHALF OF A BUSINESS OR OTHER ORGANIZATION, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS ON BEHALF OF THAT BUSINESS OR ORGANIZATION AND YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO BIND THAT BUSINESS OR ORGANIZATION TO THIS AGREEMENT.
