This End User License and Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of and subscription to the software, products, materials, media, plug-ins, and services (collectively “Products”) provided by Greyscalegorilla, Inc. (“Licensor”), including through “Greyscalegorilla Plus”. By selecting the “accept” or “approve” checkbox or button upon checkout, or by installing or otherwise using the Products, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement as well as Licensor’s Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) located at https://greyscalegorilla.com/privacy- policy/. You agree that this Agreement is enforceable like any written agreement negotiated and signed by you.

This Agreement is a legal agreement between you, the customer, and Schemaport LLC, a Washington limited liability corporation regarding the license, installation and subscription to use the Schemaport Doodlebase Network software, Transformer software, Transporter software and hardware and/or the Documentation, purchased by you from Schemaport LLC (hereinafter individually and collectively the "Schemaport Products and Services"). In this Agreement, "you" and "your" refer collectively to you, the business customer, corporation partnership, company or other business entity, and your employees and agents, and "we", "us" and "our" refer collectively to Schemaport LLC.

THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ONLY ON THE CONDITION THAT CUSTOMER AGREES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS END-USER LICENSE AND SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT AND THE MATERIALS REFERENCED HEREIN (“AGREEMENT”) BETWEEN CUSTOMER (DEFINED BELOW) AND FORCEPOINT FEDERAL LLC (“FORCEPOINT”). IF A SUBSCRIPTION OR LICENSE TO USE THE PRODUCTS IS OBTAINED THROUGH A U.S. GOVERNMENT GSA SCHEDULE, THEN THIS AGREEMENT MUST BE INCORPORATED INTO THE CONTRACT EXECUTED BY CUSTOMER’S CONTRACTING OFFICER OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE AND MUST AUTHORIZE CUSTOMER’S ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT.
