into as of the day and time that the B1 Platform is used or accessed, and/or a B1 software component module is applied within a free trial offer or purchased as a software service between July 1, 2019 and December 31, 2020 ("Effective Date"), by and between CloudCover USA, Inc., a South Dakota corporation (“CLOUDCOVER USA”), and the Customer (“Customer”). CLOUDCOVER USA and Customer may be referred to in this Agreement, individually, as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties.”
