ENDOWMENT CARE CEMETERY TRUST AGREEMENT This irrevocable Endowment Care Cemetery Trust Agreement (the “Trust Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of 20 , by and between the “Cemetery Authority” and “Board of Trustees” executing the signature pages.
