On 20 February 2007 the Mayor signed the Energy Funding Contribution and Co-Operation Agreement. The Agreement specified that an office would be set up in Venezuela to facilitate the provision of technical advice and assist with the development of co-operation projects. Transport for London are responsible for managing the contracts relating to the office and the costs of doing so are provided in the response to the Committee made by Peter Hendy.
