ENERGY LEADER PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM (the “Agreement”) by and between SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISION COMPANY (“SCE”) and the City of Costa Mesa (the “City”), which Agreement shall be effective as of January 1, 2010 (“Effective Date”). SCE and the City may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” The Orange County Energy Leader Partnership may be referred to herein as the “Partnership.”
